Puget Sound Medical Associates provides holistic care to adult and pediatric patients in the Edmonds, Washington community. Dr. Farook and Grace Chao, PA-C began Puget Sound Medical Associates in 2023 in order to provide personalized medical care  without the restrictions that larger organizations often bring. Both providers welcome new patients and strive to build long term relationships to acheive and maintain optimal health.  They provide telehealth and same day access to better faciliate the need of the patient. 

One of the significant benefits of the practice is that they offer on-site same-day procedures, which decreases the need for surgery and specialist visits. The team performs procedures such as a colposcopy, wart removal, skin lesion removal/biopsy, and IUD insertion in the office.

There’s no need to travel to an aesthetics specialist because the team also provides Botox® and dermal fillers to fight off the signs of aging in patients looking for a youthful glow.
